Hi msteve,

Your question: I'm sure this has probably been answered before, but I could not easily find it. So, the question is, if ACV is made from apples, then why wouldn't just eating an apple be more beneficial. Technically AVC is a processed apple and the less processed a food source is, the better it is for you, right?

Answer: Many apples are of Poor quality, but if they were of Top Quality, they are always Better to eat than Poor Quality ones , and the Top Quality ones may provide the body with many good ingredients !

ACV has gone thru a Culture of Pre-digestion by Bacteria, which Causes any Excess Funny Proteins(NPN) to be eaten up in the culture process, thus the ACV is a "Natural" pre-Digested product, which the body may utilize some parts of the apple Better this way , like the Alkaline Minerals !
