I totally think that it is possible to keep the majority of the weight off with healthy eating and exercise after a water fast. In my case I lost 14 pounds on a 7 day water fast. After the fast I completely binged everyday for a month (and I mean I ate the same or even more food than I usually did prior to the fast) and I still didn't gain back all the weight I had lost. So I always think that if I had eaten healthy and exercised like a normal person, I would have kept the majority of that weight off AND I think I could have lost more.
