I agree with the above poster.. it takes just as much dedication as the fast took to keep things going. For me, I've fasted several times throughout my weight loss journey and imagine I will fast more in the future. When I was not fasting, I ate a low carb diet with only lean meats and fresh veggies and some cheese. I also take whole source supplements and such as well. Keeping fasting weight off is VERY doable.. I know there are a lot of people that would tell you different.. but it's all a matter of how much work you put into it. Hope this helps some.
