i have read posts stating that you should take the vit c at least an hr before for it to be effective with the detox. and as far as salt goes, i put 1/4 to a 1/2 a tsp in my morning juice right after i gulp my lugols. i am not sure if you are supposed to wait on the salt, do it before, do it after....but this routine seems to be working for me so far. i have found if i forget to do one or the other i get some head symptoms. i don't get headaches...i get more of a pressure type of feeling and the brain fog from time to time.
i put my 4 drops in about two ounces and gulp it down and then refill my glass with fresh juice and superfood. i personally don't like to ruin the whole drink with the yukky taste of the iodine.
