I understand that TOO Much of good stuff is NOT good. But here is my question:
How to know that the amount of calcium hydroxite is right for me? With the recommended amount as per the BSM drink I dont feel any bad reaction, so would it be any beneficial to slighly increase the amount? OR TOO much of CA would settle in the body somwhere. I know that after many years of drinking beer i got to a very acidic body. Any suggestions appreciated.
