I am slowly trying to transition myself back into the warrior lifestyle. Right now im just eating fruits up until about 2 o clock. Since I got sick I lost a little weight (about 5 pounds) so I'm trying to increase the number of meals in my day in order to put on some lbs but also get that good feeling I get from fasting in the morning.

I'm thinking about doing a 1 month on and 1 month off of the warrior diet after I get back into it. This way it would allow me to have a beefing up period so I can get bigger. I am finding it hard to gain weight on the warrior diet but I have always been a very hard gainer.
