Re:Blending instead of juiceing?Does it cure?

I was making a point about the word cure.Food doesnt cure, chemicals dont cure, surgery doesnt cure. The body has the ability to return to a state of harmoney/balance.All of the healing modalities can assist or interfear with the bodies recovery.Feeding the body is only one aspect of health and vitality.A simple tool used in maximizing nutrient intake a juicer/blender does not a cure make! Are you harvesting one flat per day of your wheatgrass? And what type of growing medium are you using?I use composted flats,60%30%vermiculite,composted manure3.3%azomite3.3%,kelp3.3%.These numbers are ruff figures but gives a basic idea of the soil augments used.I am currently consuming 8ozs. a day and will ramp that up to 20-30ozs.Barley juice is 80% hard red winter is 20% ruffly. Its hard to beet fresh produce that was just harvested off a flat. But I am fond of kale and parsley as well.I will be calibrating the new refractometer this sunday and hopefully start testing.I am very currious of the brixx level of the grass I am growing. If your interested in nutrition and high quality foodstuffs. Then check out highbrixgardens.com lots of good reading.
