my husband had his vasectomy nearly three weeks ago. the dr told us that he has to ejac at least 15 times before its all out. depending on how often that happens it can take up to three months. after 15 he has to get a sample and take it to be tested. if the number is still high, he has to continue, then get another sample. when a sample comes back zero, hes sterile. so, good luck to you. it is still possible to get pregnant while using the mirena, ther is a lady on here who is 11wks with it still in. if ur not comfortable with it being in, i would go ahead and get it taken out, but thats just me. i couldnt live with how i was feeling and acting while it was in. i hope you get to feeling better before the three months is up.
