Re: Iodine Fast

I recently completed a 14 day master cleanse successfully. I took 5 drops Lugols am and pm for the first two days but found it upset my stomach so switched up to painting about 10 drops nightly. My fast went awesome but noticed my hunger came back at about day 9. Nothing I couldn't control but have never had this happen before. I did not experience any feeling of being cold and my energy level was great throughout the fast.
