I think it's been a 1 1/2 months since I've started using H202. I started with 3 drops of diluted 3% H202 in distilled water, then 6 to 10 to 15 drops. I only drink 2 glasses a day. I noticed feeling energized and clearer right away.
It definitely helped me with brain fog and chronic fatigue. As far as other deficiencies, I don't know. The main thing is it gives me energy. I feel "alive" instead of just "functioning", if you know what I mean.
Another symptom I suffer from is insomnia even though I take melatonin. I think I will try your suggestion in using 5-HTP. I read that insomnia is linked to a stressed liver, which I know I have. I want to do a Liver Flush eventually but want to do more parasite cleansing before I attempt one. (Also I'm a little afraid of it.) Have you've done any Liver Flushes and has that helped your health? (You might have mentioned it in your post, but I forget all the details.)
