You will find yourself craving only good food on your fast, once you get past the first couple of days (if you're like me).
Commitment after the fast is just as important! You still have to learn whatever it is that makes you want to eat more than you should.
I'm hoping that my problem in the past was my deficiencies. I learned recently that I've been iodine-deficient all of my life (I'm 50) and have regained new health and amazing vitality through the Iodine support forum (here at curezone) starting in late January.
