I feel for you. I had problems with a roommate before. I will never own a place again that I have to share with a roommate. One thing I do disagree with you is that she is not in reasonably good health. If she doesn't want to help herself, then how can you help her? If you find an opportunity then tell that to her. "If you don't want to help yourself then how can we help you?"
