Hi!
Now I am just plain confused because I have been eating for a week now and good foods too. I have been eating lots of citrus foods, along with some apples (no bananas), pears, fresh salads with lemon juice and pepper for dressings. I have also been eating yogurt with no Sugar added, and drinking Yogi tea (the Detox tea). Just one cup a day. I have noticed that when I eat meats I tend to blow way out.
My digestion seems to be kicking in at about 2-3 times a day, very healthy amounts too.
I am going to lay off of the fasting for a couple of months and see what comes of it. I did the 50 times chewing today and it's hard. Only because the food is sliding down the hatch every time my tongue gets retracted while chewing.
