Thank you both for the reply. The lettuce was not organically grown. Also the tomatoes were from the super market. I have had the same salad prepared the same way couple of times before and I was fine. May be the avocado.

I am planning to the flush after I do few other cleanses.

Other part about the "booted" message I am also ok now.
