Re: Have you ever heard of this?

How would you feel if you were a body being deprived of nutrition (meals)? Oh, that's right, you are a BODY being deprived. Don't expect your body to reward you for deprivation (in a nutshell, my sentiment about diets). By skipping meals, you are increasing the drudgery of daily life. I don't place any faith in diets because at best, they are temporary. In this day and age, anyone with an ounce of integrity will tell you the same. Diets are a fad (fashion) and anybody who wants to remain in fashion will believe that they are healthy and worthwhile, but if you are serious about losing and keeping the weight off, get your digestive system in shape so that you go to the bathroom at least twice a day and get rid of the weight instead of keeping undigested food in you.

If you are basically healthy, you might find that you can comfortably do away with solid food and be satisfied with only liquid nutrition from vegetable juice and a fiber supplement (if you insist on the flavor of your favorite snacks, as long as they are easy to digest, there shouldn't be any problem). Depending on how active you are, you might not even experience any cravings because vegetable juices can offer superior nutrition and can completely satisfy your body. Solid food also requires a lot of digestion and requires a lot of energy to digest that food (which DRAINS you of energy, this is why you feel tired after a big meal starts digesting). Actually, the best way to eat is ten or 12 small snacks a day because the digestive system is not overloaded and blood Sugar levels don't shoot way up and then crash after a few hours when another big meal comes along (no "rollercoaster" ride for your digestive system, better digestion) and the cycle is repeated. Vegetable juice is extremely nutritious (especially if fresh with live enzymes), easily absorbed (requires only metabolism, not digestion). Go to this site and read about digestion.

Check here for other sites about nutrition and vegetable juices and do not drink diet sodas,...Aspartame is a poison.

Excessive flushing that is unecessary may stress the body also.
