Have you ever heard of this?
I have been fasting on and off for the past year. I love fasting (only with water), but it has been incredibly harder for me to fast every single time I try. I always just dip my finger in this, just barely enough to taste. But For the last three weeks I have been fasting four days on and then about 3 days off. Still just dipping my finger in to whatever tastes good at the moment. I know, it's sad!!
In three weeks I have only lost 3
lbs. and have kept it off, and I know that's my own fault.
However, there in an
Ann Louise Gittleman book I have been reading for the last few days and I am so interested in this Fat Flush and also doing the Fast Track One day detox Diet.
Has anyone ever heard of it? If so, what do you think of it?
Because I have been fasting on and off, would my body be able to sustain another given cleans like the one that she offers in her books? I really want to lose weight, but I am so tired of starving myself to do it.
For three weeks I skipped out on breakfast, lunch and dinner with my family. Now my hubby thinks I'm crazy. I don't want to destroy my body, I just want to lose weight.
Do you think that I will be able to lose weight again on her detox plan?
Some say that my body is starving from all the lost nutrition from all the fasting.
Is my body starving?
Please, I need help.
