Lao, I'm still new to the detoxified so I'm not ready to say this is what I'm sticking with but so far I happy with the results. I have been watching HoW to see how she is doing. As long as everyone is honest about how Iodine is working on them, I don't see any reason to not try it. I caught myself holding back on saying anything about the edema. Why? I guess because I didn't want to bust any bubbles around here or to discourage anyone. What happens to me may not happen to someone else but then again, I didn't want people to be uninformed in case this is a common side effect. The edema has been the only continuous side effect Lugol's has caused for me. 48124
