Are you saying that all this time you have been using detoxified Iodine only on the skin? Or have you also ingested some before the fast? The alcohol in it makes it very different from the Lugols but the main thing I wanted to mention is how it made me feel. Of course I may be different because I have MS but I have had strange vibrations in my legs, feet and hands. Not a bad feeling at all, just different. Good energy, still sleeping well at night, calm and no bad side effects at this time. The Lugols did cause some edema which did not clear up even after doing everything I was to do. I do not notice amy problems at all with the detoxified. Now some may say that it is less potent but I'm not so sure about that any more.
