I finally found out what my "eczema" really is: a staph infection!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was floored. I asked the doc how that happens. He said that about 50%
of us have staph on our skin at any time but it isn't a rampant infection.
All it takes is a lowered immune system to it up to infection-level. I
think I may have been exposed to staph at the gym, as I noticed that when
I rest my arms against the handle bars of the stairmaster machine, my right
arm especially, the conform to the contours of the handles--on the inside
of my forearms. I read, with the book or magazine propped up on the
stand, and have my arms on the machine for support, for 16 minutes at a time.
I have been doing this for years. It started as out as very itchy small
bumps and just spread. It only got this bad recently, back in December
or so. Of course the doc wants to administer antibiotics but I'm using
a liquid probiotic called Living Streams, orally and topically, and going
to start colloidal silver very soon. Thanks for your advice and support.
That is good to know about the hair dryer, very interesting. Wish I had one
so I could try it out, but dunno if it would be good to do on staph.
Brrrrrr, poor you! awful--wish you could come out here, we're having a
mini heat wave, supposed to be in the high sixties today and up to 71
either tomorrow or Sat. or both! We are LOVIN' it!! of course we could use
a *whole lot* more rain...it's going to be a revelation if it doesn't
start raining a lot more, and very soon...can you spell "d-r-o-u-g-h-t"?
we really don't need it!
