I recently went on a 10 day water fast. i am on another one right now. i was wondering what i can do in order to not gain the weight back. i was down to 100 pounds from 110 and i just gained back 15 pounds which left me at 115. I was a little upset but i figured i didnt correctly return to my normal eating habits. what should i do in order to not gain any weight back and to continue losing weight? another question is will i lose as much weight if i drink arizona diet green tea as well as water. and only those two liquids? or should i do only water in order to lose more weight? let me know ASAP!
