2 weeks after liver cleanse--extreme fatigue, dry skin

Okay, I need some supportive advice because Im very discouraged and not sure what to do.
2 and 1/2 weeks ago I did the liver cleanse and I am still struggling with fatigue. I also developed reddish, dry skin at the corners of my mouth. That has pretty much gone away, but my hands have been looking very "old", especially the backs of them are dried out--very red-purplish. Anyone else experienced this? I dont feel like I have the flu or anything, just alot of the time I can hardly move around without feeling intensely tired.
I had already planned on making olive oil a staple of my diet after finishing The Master Cleanser fast, so I started eating alot of olive oil with my raw vegetables. I think I was putting way too much stress on my liver with all the fats (avocadoes and nuts, too). So now Im cutting down on all that, eating broccoli and apples everyday.
Im afraid im somehow just re-toxifying myself, maybe some stuff got stuck in my intestines, but Im not sure--maybe my liver just needs to recover from the stress (see below). I do seem to be getting slowly better but Im not sure. Im just not sure what my body needs right now. I dont think it would be a good idea to do the cleanse again. Im not sure if I would want to stimulate my liver or bile secretion.
Any ideas?

More info:
I was finishing up my 9 day master cleanser fast. One day I sipped 4 Tbsp of live oil, nothing else, and the next day I passed gallstones.
Then the next day or two I did it again, this time taking some Epsom Salts . I dont remember anything more coming out the second time.
