Wondering if anyone can give me any feedback on Yin Yoga. I've read a little about it and know there's one book written but that's about all.
I've got chronic myofacial pain which is being worked on by an expert in myofacial release technique, however, it's a Catch 22. I cannot exercise cuz of the extreme discomfort in my body but the body needs to stretch and move. I was given a few very simple strethes (well not so simple stretches in the condition I'm in) but I'd like to do a bit more if I can. The little info I did find about Yin Yoga is that it is a very, very mild form of yoga. Anyway, I didn't see anything in the 4 pages of this forum on Yin or perhaps I missed it. So anything anyone may know would be appreciated.
