I usually have a full glass of water with my synthroid pill before I pull.
I even swish some water around in my mouth to rinse out the stale mouth before pulling. Isn't this good? It only makes sense to me. Why oil pull all that old stale saliva in your mouth for 20-30 minutes. Am I wrong?
