ACV and oil pulling.
I have been ACVing for awhile but have stopped since oil-pulling for 3 days. Can i oil pull and ACV in the same day. I used to drink ACV with honey 2- 3 times a day before meals.
how do do it???\
so when i wake up in the morning should I oil pull first or ACV in the Morning???
