Die off and Excema?

This is the first time i have posted, but this site has really helped out alot. I have really made an effort to get rid of this candida problem. I have been on the diet for over a month now, and i have done a Colon Cleanse and have been supplementing with various anti-fungals and probiotics. I dont feel as groggy as i have in the past and i have more energy than before. So far the only die off symptoms i have had were some pretty bad headaches, but lately i have had a breakout of excema. Is this possibly another die off symptom? I hope so because i dont know how i could be getting worse when i have been soooo strict on myself.... Tweet
