The Silvergen is physically a little larger than the Silverpuppy and is said to be able to produce slightly larger quantities althoughg from my experience they seem about the same to me. The Silvergen has a max production of about 20ppm CS. The Silverpuppy has a switch that puts the unit into manual mode allowing you to go as high as 50ppm, auto shutoff is about 15ppm. The Silvergen has a built AC cable, the Silverpuppy has a AC/DC adapter. Thats all the difference I can think of. CS quality is about the same in both units, very high quality.
