I never tried magnesium or anything. I suffered 51 yrs. of suicidal Depression (never any therapy, medication or books) that I recovered from almost a year ago. It was from growing up in a dysfunctional family and parents divorce when I was young. My recovery is not such a mystery to me since I became the lone survivor of my family last year. I've always taken care of myself like I had a death wish (no exaggeration, I'm surprised I lived past 30). I did try mineral supplementation a couple of years ago (for about two weeks, it does help 'mood'). As soon as I get around to exercising and doing things right (I've been planning on exercising for 20 years), I'll try magnesium (I almost feel guilty, I've been at Curezone for 7 years, but I'm a very forgiving person).
