Do you mean an electric toothbrush? If so, the sonicare is great!

Waterpik is entirely different. It has a reservoir for water and different attachments with which to shoot that water into desired orifices(toothpick thingy for teeth, tongue scraper, nasal irrigator).

Get them both! They'll rock your oral world! :D
