Re: Psoriasis
Hey --
I understand completely -- that was my experience. Rest assured that it is not as bad in reality as it is in your head! (Although the
Epsom Salts were a force to be reckoned with for me, and I do better when I encapsulate them. Nasty.)
Tips I have gotten that have been helpful --
Use a fresh grapfruit for your juice -- it's sort of like OP in the sense that it will thin the olive oil out, which will make it easier to drink -- less viscous. And chill it. I use a straw.
I drink apple cider for the few days before I flush. The malic acid softens the stones. However, this may mean that you don't get the picture-perfect "stones" like others do. It is really important for me to keep in mind that every flush is a successful flush. (I am the kind of person who easily gets caught up in an all-or-nothing mentality -- after my first flush I did not get any stones, so I was dejected about moving forward...I am glad I did, anyway!)
Drink lots of water before you take the ES. I am convinced this is the way to avoid a sort of weird magnesium feeling. (Which is an OK thing to have -- but still weird. Not really a headache, just a feeling, if I don't drink a bunch of water.)
It is hard to mess up a
Liver Flush is what I have found overall. Read the old posts on the forum and you'll get a sense of the breadth of experience people have had.
One friend with a lot of flushing experience recommends using a
water enema if you are feeling crummy the morning after the flush to help move stuff out. I have not tried this, btu I certainly respect his opinion. He is the one who had a lot of success with the coffee enemas, too, which he considers a gentler way to flush the liver/gallbladder.
Good luck and happy pulling!
