I am preparing fresh salmon today (it has not been freezed) and it is sitting in the oven right now. I was searhing thru the internet to find out at which temperature the fresh meat needs to be cooked in, in order to kill the parasites. Well I did'nt find the answer, but I did find something else very interesting.
