I know everybody is different, but didn't realize how different. I OP in the morning and before bed and sleep like a baby. I've been OPing for 8 weeks with EVCO, walnut, Almond oils. I do add 5 drops of black cummin oil at the swish at night. I have experienced the great positive features of OPing; clearer mind, whiter teeth,, healther gums, greater overall sense of wellness but no Insomnia.
Maybe its the Black Cummin Oil?
