This sounds very similar to how I already eat. Not sure where to adjust. Any ideas would be helpful. So this will be easy. 1-7 I do already except I do eat Greek yogurt (plain nothing added all real). I can clean up 8 probably a bit more but 99 % followed. 10-12 I do. I do eat raw cashew on occasion, and I don’t like peanut butter. I don’t tend to use starches but if I do it is rice (seldom and spelt flour). I do more veggies than fruits carbs even real ones don’t do well with my body and weight
Any ideas
Typical day (example)
3 eggs for breakfast (boiled or over easy not with oil)
Salad (lettuce, cukes, green peppers, olives) with chicken tuna or egg for lunch
Meat (burger or chicken or fish) with veggie (greens or cauliflower) a small salad yogurt (with raw seeds and honey)
I will try the Homeopathic protocol of sticta and nettle
