Yeah, I know having 3 shakes during the day would put some weight on me but my inner instinct tells me that something is just not healthy about that lifestyle. I used to eat like that and its just overwhelming trying to keep up with my own metabolism. The thing that attracted me to the warrior diet is the fact that you are basically freed from the whole food thing during the day and allowed to fast and eat some raw, enzyme rich foods. At this time I am going for a combination of muscle AND health. What good is the muscle if you dont feel good anyways right? I remember when I used to drink all of those protien shakes all day and the nasty things that it would do to my digestion.
I think I'm on the right path. Go get that digi cam Rygar!
