We always take an empty saline nose spray bottle and fill it up with silver....We use it just like a sinus spray daily or if we miss our daily dose and get an infection we use it in dropper form and do flushes...It can hurt like hell when you have an infection so be prepared for that..But it lessens each time...Good luck..
