Well, obviously fat loss is not an issue; you look like you're in your early twenties, with a fast metabolism. Make sure you cycle your protein and fat days...you may even want to consider a whey protein supplement to have with your meals in the evening. I would also suggest a small protein meal with your vegetables during the day. You're going to be eating ALOT at night, along with your workouts. Cycling your rep ranges, 5-8 one week, 10-12 the next, will cover most of your muscle fiber types. I'm assuming of course you want to gain muscle ;-) I had a similar body type in my twenties (back then I was running 100+ miles a week), and gaining muscle only resulted from due diligence.
