What you label “addiction” does not exist outside the mind. You have already observed and accepted the undeniable fact that the junk one may eat affects the body in a negative fashion, but far more importantly, that unnatural “food” disturbs the mind and the emotions. (A very simple observation perhaps, but a revelation nonetheless.)
You are doing yourself a great disservice by believing that the average CureZonian is “above” you. I should very much like to point out that every member of this glorious site has failings just like yourself; and too, that each forum reader/user has aspirations and dreams…
Of course, it would certainly be wise of you to perhaps study the words of those who seem to have achieved great things, rather than heed the advice of those still stuck in an all too familiar rut of imperfect health. (Those who know and have seen are distinct…)
