I tried to cheat and claim I was going for Ayurveda just because I craved for milk so much, but my body doesn't agree, milk is really not too good for me. My problem is not to put together ideology with my tastes, but cravings with what I know my body doesn't like. Why should I crave for something that isn't doing any good to me is a big mistery, but I do, sadly.
