Re: how do you guys make it?
5835,
I am so glad you posted your feelings, and in such a thoughtful way.
I'm in the middle of writing a simplified eating/activity plan to entice those who have never even thought about it...even actively avoided it.
I can't tell you the pain it causes in those who are improving their well-being, to be rejected, flat, by people they love.
My objective, in my writing, is to show how easy it is, and how rewarding, to gently move toward radiant health.
I leave out all the 'dire warnings' and put-downs of commercial products, too. They are just too negative to inspire anyone, I figure.
Yet, I do have all the best reasons on my side. Ease, simplicity, and feeling wonderful are very inviting.
Most of my readers don't have the understanding of themselves that you do...therefore I don't get such fine feedback.
For you, good lady, one thought...your desire for the 'other stuff' isn't your fault. I can promise you, if you are ever faced with the choice of 'processed' stuff vs. fresh wholesomeness, every one of your trillions of cells will leap toward the best.
In this day of too much information, and even lies, the probability of a 'learning curve' works against us, but I'm here to tell you (meaning that I'm NOT dead, or strapped into a hospital bed), wellness beats everything else, hands down.
(Did you know that just smelling fresh, really organic basil is a turn-on? Well, it is.)
Many thanks, 5835, and my very best.
Fledgling
