My "diet" is constantly being revised though I have come to a point where it is pretty much set.
I began by telling myself over and over every time I thought about food OR sat down to eat "detox, DO NOT diet" and I went for "nutritional density". I NEVER think about calories, I think the caloric thought\intake is a bunch of bunk.
Almost EVERYTHING that I eat or drink serves a nutritional or detoxifying purpose for MY needs as I see them.
Explaining almost... during family events or while on family trips, I bring my own foods, BUT will make occasional concessions for eating out OR a get together party, this includes the occasional drink; a glass of red wine or beer, I think twice last year a bourbon and once a margarita, I have to make the drink though... if I am going to indulge it has to what and the way I like it.
