i think you should seriously consider the most bio available source of minerals i know of - bone broths. here are two wonderful articles on the subject, please read and consider. i have been reading alot on this subject lately, and also making my own broths. they are SO INCREDIBLY nourishing, you really cant belive how nourishing this is till you try it.
personally i think bone broths provide the most bio available form of calcium, magnesium, phosophorous, collegen, condroitin, guclosamine, trace minerals, and many other bone building and essential nutrients.
