Maybe a little of both. I like to read a lot. A couple of weeks ago, my mom sent me an article from a magazine about ayurvedic cleansing centers in India that you can go to for 1-3 weeks and cleanse and detox using ayurvedic methods. It was pretty cool. The article happened to mention those words which sent me googling and reading wikipedia.
