LOL, you're so funny! But definitely, give your body some time to recoup. It just went through a lot of work and hasn't had nutriets in many days. The best thing is to give it the most nutrient-rich foods (VEGGIES) and give it some time to rebuild first. That's for the best effect over all of the cleansing process. Then as you are easing into a more normal (for you) diet, it's all up to you - listen to your body/intuition to see when is the right time. Happy cleansing!
