Sound like a great plan and I'm glad that you are mentioning the exercise part. From my own personal experience focusing a little harder on the exercise is what gives me the staying power and resolve. More specifically resistance training. I understand what you mean about the winter thing and getting motivated as I struggle with that myself. I really hafta kick my own butt and on this comeback trail for me I've had to put on my steel toed boots ;+D
Some suggestion on the eating part. After fasting specially the longer fasts it's alwasy a good idea to go through a good round of probiotics. Some of the faves round here are Kefir and Primal Defense. A biggie that is very often overlooked in raw and vegetarian diets is the addition of good fats EFAs (essential fatty acids) you'll get some with the Wild Salmon but it's won't be enough and it won't provide and "balanced" ratio of omega 3 and 6. For most of us with busy lives it's pretty durn hard to achieve this balanced ratio without supplementation so I say as a general health maintanace everyone should supplement with a good balanced oil like hemp or Udo's. Do a little research on EFAs..
Prolly the biggest single one thing that anyone can do for their health is to get a juicer and juice veggies everyday.
