Yup, after looking at that chart and reading the snippet below I bought it:

The battery loses power as it discharges, eventually going down to zero volts. As it loses power the zapper loses its therapeutic effectiveness. According to Dr. Hulda Clark , zapping with less than 8.9 volts drastically reduces the therapeutic value of the zapper. And as the battery discharges the square-wave changes, developing echoes that further reduce the zapper's effectiveness. It no longer produces a pure square wave. The Ultimate Zapper always maintains a Super Square wave and always functions at peak voltage (about 10.5 volts). With the Ultimate Zapper the voltage never decreases and the wave form never changes.
