I started today actually. I've got my water, whole food organic vitamins and omega3 supplements ready to go. No food in the frig!
I'm kinda scared thinking about hunger, dealing with emotions etc but I'm gonna give it a go. I am hoping the thought of just how much I can achieve in 6 six weeks will keep my spirits alive.
A ton of bloat, excess fat, toxins and potentially psychological baggage could be gone in only 40 days.
It's really amazing how much can be achieved in that short a time.
I think the key is focusing on the little victories- Get some cravings for a meal, and make it through the bump. Then get to the end of the day and go to sleep. Next thing you know, a day is gone. And a day becomes another. And after a few days, it's been a week etc.
It sounds Dr Phil-ish but I think this is all an emotional battle with myself and when I succeed, I will prove to myself that I AM in control of myself and not a slave to the demons of todays temptations.
