i did what youve been doing, and then i decided to start from scratch.
you need the good stuff in and the bad stuff out. you need good circulation of clean blood. you need good elimination. in other words, you need to take control of your health and take responsibility for the ownership of your body. just like you dont expect to drive your car for endless miles and countless years without an oil change or putting gas in it, your body is not much different.
owners - oxygen, water, nutrients, elimination, recreation, sweat. you will notice two things missing that most people think is necessary to concentrate on - exercise and sleep. not necessary.
start at the beginning and work your way through. dont forget to go back and make sure the first things havent been let go. thats how i did it. any improvement you make in these will improve your health.
btw, oil pulling is an adjunct to elimination and it provides some nutrition in the form of the oil that gets soaked in and it seems to help hydration by possibly lessening moisture loss. its a good little therapy with no known drawbacks because it utilizes food.
