Tooth resorption

Dear MH,

after 6 years of breastfeeding and pregnancies I recently spotted some gum inflammation on a lower molar. I started a good cleaning routine, use tooth powder, lots of Vit C, essential oils, olive leaf extract. My gums are improving, but an x ray revealed that the tooth is severely demineralized. The dentist said the defect looks too big for a R/C (which I don't want anyway) and says he'll need to extract it. It has a crown, too, and the defect is below the gumline on the outside of the tooth. I believe it's the nursing plus impaired intestinal absorption. I have food allergies, can't take dairy, wheat and am sensitive to mold which is abundant here in Singapore!!. I eat mainly raw veggies and fruit plus some whole grains like quinoa, buckwheat. Organic eggs, sometimes fish. I've lost lots of weight while nursing and always feel underpowered. I take bee pollen, spirulina, Vit C, zinc, olive leaf, selenium (for heavy metals). I have gold and porcelain restorations-had amalgams before and Hg levels are now low) which have lasted 12 years in good condition.
My mineral levels are really low. I've ordered Mezotrace minerals from Utah, no idea if it's really well absorbed.
I want to heal this tooth and the rest of my body. Not all fresh herbs are available here, or I guess I'd be eating parsley and dandelion all day...I'd be sad to wean my boy-he's 18 months and there's no raw organic milk here to replace my milk (not that I really like to give him anything else but what if my teeth all start decaying??)
I'd be grateful for any help. I'm using Quantum Touch and Jin Shin Jyutsu and will try anything.

Thanks!

Blessings,

Anke
