Yeah, I've too noticed the "comfort" feeling of being overfull but I hate the sluggish feeling that follows. I'm trying to tune into the enjoyment of feeling light when eating light to help train me that way. I'm so used to hunger means run and eat but if I never get very full, feeling light feels springy and energetic to me. So I'm trying to battle the mental part as well. It's great that you're craving healthy foods - I am not craving bad foods while on the cleanse but when I LOOKED at those cookies they looked good. Bad me, BAD! Thanks for the support!
