I am still a little confused about the amount of liquid to be consumed per day. If I try to follow everything i think i should be drinking, i just can't, it seems too much. maybe someone can verify for me?
from what I understood one is to drink in chronological order:
1 litre (quart) of salt water
2-3 litres (quarts) of lemonade drink
2-3 litres of water
a few peppermint teas (for me that is 3/4 of a litre)
the lax tea at night (1/4 litre)
that ads up to 6 litres at least and at most 8 litres. is that really correct? i can't seem to drink that much. any advise?
