Great job on your fast! And it looks like you're being very careful about the break which is also great. A lot of this you can try your body out and see what it wants. I was thinking for my break, I may have broth, then try a small portion of the soup blended and then introduce the full soup. (Although it is great blended, I prefer the unblended soup with the chewing -n- stuff.) Keep in touch with your body and I think you'll be ok.
